SmartLink was born out of a lack of good customer service in the industry. Christal Bowlby has been in the lending business since 1996 and great customer service has been key to keeping her business thriving for years. Starting her career as a direct lender, working for large banks such as Chase Manhattan Bank and GMAC but became a broker in 2008. Becoming a broker gave her access to multiple lenders and programs to offer the BEST options and rates. Christal and her team have adopted cutting-edge technologies, tools, and best practices to ensure a 5-star experience! I really do believe owning real estate is one of the best ways to achieve financial wealth and I love being a part of helping people do just that.
